The driver was always on time, very efficient, and knew the best routes. We traveled from Kathmandu to Pokhara, and even though the roads were rough in some areas, the car was very comfortable to sit in. The ride felt safe and smooth the whole way. I really appreciated the punctuality and professionalism of the cab driver (Basanta). Highly recommend this service if you’re looking for reliable transportation in Nepal!

From the very beginning they tried to understand our needs and made suitable adjustments. Great Poon Hill Trek. Reliable SUV and drivers. We did a 4 day Poon hill trek from Pokhara and also used them for Kathmandu to Pokhara and return by SUV. We found them really very good to work with. We are independent travellers. Communication before the trek and pick ups was excellent. Cost was competitive and we checked a few others. We paid easily by card. Our driver and the SUV were excellent. The roads are quite rough and we felt very safe at all times. The trek was also very good. A short 4 day trekking experience. Amazing views. We were lucky with the weather. Our guide was very experienced and He knew the routes very well. The tea huts were fine, nice food. We are veggie and no problems. The guide is with you from dawn to dusk. That’s the model. Perhaps we felt we could have done with some time off to chill. We would strongly recommend this company for treks and car/driver. You won’t be disappointed.

I had the best time in Pokhara thanks to Ajax!! As a solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a more reliable and attentive holiday planner than Ajax! He is excellent at picking up on clues and knew exactly what I would be interested in seeing and doing, ensuring I had the best possible experience in Pokhara. All my bus tickets, hotels, pickups, paragliding, fly dress, and other activities were well arranged and done to perfection! Ajax is extremely resourceful, communicative, and flexible. I’ll definitely hire his services again when I revisit Nepal!
