The journey starts in Kathmandu with a peaceful morning of yoga and meditation after we check in. We visit Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) and Kathmandu Durbar Square, two of the city’s cultural treasures, and we get a sense of the spiritual and cultural life of the place. Another serene yoga and meditation practice rounds up our day and sets the tone for the days to come.
Leaving Kathmandu, we head to Pokhara, a city renowned for its stunning natural beauty. Here, we start the day with a breathtaking sunrise yoga session at Sarangkot, followed by a visit to the World Peace Pagoda for meditation and panoramic views of Pokhara Valley. Continuing our journey, we head to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha, where we explore the sacred garden and engage in tranquil yoga and meditation sessions. Our adventure takes us to Chitwan National Park, where we immerse ourselves in the jungle with a canoe ride, jungle safari, and a visit to the Elephant Breeding Center, all while incorporating yoga and meditation into our daily routine.
As our journey comes to an end, we return to Kathmandu, bringing with us a newfound sense of peace and serenity. Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by representatives from The Himalayan Trek, and you will be transferred to the hotel. After check-in, take some time to rest and freshen up after your journey. In the evening, join us for a welcome dinner and an orientation about the journey.
